Join Martin for his body weight only toning class, and get stuck in with some flair and passion.
Combining simple cardio exercises with conditioning to make you get fitter and feel fabulous! His class focuses a lot on legs, bums and tums with a bit of upper body strengthening mixed in for balance.
This class is for all ages and all levels of fitness. Progressions will be given so you can work as hard or as easy as you like!! So grab yourself a mat, have some water and a towel handy and off we go!!!!Equipment needed:
