Cherry will take you through a set of exercises suitable for pregnant mums to be. Modem Pilates is a more contemporary approach to traditional Pilates that will specifically help you to maintain condition and improve posture, pelvic and core stability.
Join in and Cherry will help mum to stay strong during her pregnancy, aid in labour and help post-natal recovery.
This class is suitable throughout pregnancy but is specifically aimed at mums beyond 20 weeks gestation.
