When it comes to exerce, the number 1 excuse for not doing it is not having time to go to the  gym. Well I'm going to show you how this excuse can fly straight out of the window. Using your body as your gym you can take exercise wherever you go and incorporate it into your daily routine at a time that suits you. You won't need a gym, you won't need equipment and you won't need a large space. With this session you'll be able to use the smallest space and the shortest amount of time to get fit and get in great shape.

Is it for you? If you're new to exercise or want to have a 'top up' workout on your rest day, then this workout is for you. A quick 40 minute exercise blast using your own body weight. Start to become more agile and stronger in using your body.

The Results: Start to lose weight and develop long lean muscles with a body that moves with ease.
