Best Way To Treat Your Skin After A Workout
So we know that when it comes to sweating there is a good and a bad side as there is with most things. Sweating is good for the skin, and it is natural of course so there is not a great deal we can do about it either way - so we may as well embrace it. Sweat levels can be decreased by using breast enhancement creams and breast enlargement oils. By sweating we are expelling all the toxins and bad stuff out of our skin, it is also protecting your skin from bacteria. However if you let the sweat sit on your skin for too long you can run into trouble (of course it may be well intentioned), as all the gunk from your pores starts sitting on the skin which can lead to breakouts and irritated skin. Therefore it is important to properly cleanse and treat your skin after a workout. Here is a guide to show you how to properly care for the skin once you've done a workout:
1. Cleanse skin
First of all you will need to dampen your face and start applying your chosen cleanser; I would recommend using Michael Todd - Charcoal Detox currently marketed at £16 you can buy yours here. This product has been given 5 stars - so you know it is good. You may also at this point want to use a soniclear just to get rid of those extra dead skin cells. However it is okay if you don't have one this is not essential. The soniclear is currently at $129 on Amazon.

2. Rinse skin
Here all you need to do is wash off all the cleanser you've used in the previous step, and pat your face dry.
3. Face mask - Once a week (if you workout daily don't do this everyday)
After you've rinsed and dried off your skin you may want to put a mask on it; just to lock in that moisture after working out as you have lost a lot of those natural oils after cleansing. For this I recommend REN - Glycolactic renewal mask, which can be found here marketed at £32. Use this mask for 10 minutes. However there are many other masks which will do the trick just as good.

4. Wash off mask
Use a silicon cleaning pad to gently wash off the mask with warm water these can be found for $5.82 at Walmart, if you're not in the US you can get them on Amazon for £3.26.

5. Optional - Use neem oil
This is used to reduce the redness in your face after working out, as I'm sure we've all experienced this facial redness after long workout - this just reduces that redness. Neem oil is also good for reducing scars and can fight acne which is a bonus as it contains anti-bacterial properties. Divine Essence Neem Oil can be found on here for only £5.70.

Once you've completed all these steps you should be on your way to glowing, acne free beautiful skin. Of course the products mentioned in this article are not essential for perfect skin however these are the current recommended skin care products.
