You thought it would be easy, and you’ve tried really hard, so you deserve to see some results. But there are other things that affect weight loss that you have probably not even thought of.
One of the most common reasons for new members not attending the gym is fear; but rest assured, all is not lost. Like any fear you can overcome this and learn to love your gym workouts.
However melodramatic you want to get, ‘the burn’ is basically your body telling you that you’ve worked it hard, and it now needs time to recover. Fair enough? We think so.
There is definitely enough motivation, whatever your age, to become physically fit, but a very interesting question is how do you determine your fitness level in the first place?
