Cable Squat To Press

Step 1 Set the cable bar to the lowest setting, then hold it ina front rack position. Stand tall with your weight in your heels and chest up.

Step 2 Keeping your chest up and weight in your heels, descend into a full squat.

Step 3 Drive through your heels and squeeze your glutes to stand, and press the bar overhead.
