Toe Touch with Knees Raised
Step 1 Have the lower back down to the floor and keep it in this position throughout. Raise the legs so they’re bent at a 90* and back flat on the floor.
Step 2 Exhale as you lift your head and shoulder blades from the floor and draw in your navel at the same time. Aim to touch your feet/ toes.
Step 3 Squeeze the core throughout.
