TRX High Pull

Step 1 With the feet underneath the handles and lean back, with the arms straight and chest lifted.

Step 2 Exhale, bend the arms and pull the chest up between the handles, squeezing the shoulder blades together as you do so.

Step 3 Slowly, with good control, lengthen out the arms as you return to the start position. Keep the glutes and abdominals engaged throughout.
