Step 1Â With the feet underneath the handles and lean back, with the arms straight and chest lifted.
Step 2Â Exhale, bend the arms and pull the chest up between the handles, squeezing the shoulder blades together as you do so.
Step 3Â Slowly, with good control, lengthen out the arms as you return to the start position. Keep the glutes and abdominals engaged throughout.
