HIIT Exercises

HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts are quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by a short recovery period. The aim of these workouts is to increase your heart rate as quickly as possible in order for you to burn more fat in as little time as possible.

The HIIT workouts are ideal for our GymCube members who don’t have a lot of time on their hands but want maximum results.

Our GymCube members have found that the biggest benefit of being able to do HIIT exercises at home is that they push themselves to the limit because they are in the comfort and privacy of their own homes.

Benefits from HIIT exercises include:
Increase your metabolism.
You continue to burn fat even after you’ve completed the exercise video.
You become fitter in less time.

You are also more likely to stick to HIIT workouts due to the fact they are short bursts of exercise, leaving you more motivated and unlikely to become bored by repetition.

At GymCube we want everyone to be able to achieve their results in as little as time as possible, which is why we don’t include any gym equipment in our routines.

We don’t want our members to worry or become frustrated because they can’t finish their first or fifth HIIT session. What’s great about GymCube is that you can pause your video and work at a speed and ability that suits you best. Unlike normal gym classes, it is only you in the room meaning you don’t have to keep up with anyone else and can workout at your own pace.

But don’t let that fool you into thinking you can take the easy way out, our trainers are there to motivate you to push yourself and continually improve your fitness levels. Your GymCube fitness tracker will also track your progress and calories lost.
