If this year, you’re determined to make it work – you need to set yourself goals. With one very large aim it can be daunting and this is why many people fail or give up. Instead divide that one yearly goal into 12 monthly smaller goals. They will seem more achievable. And make conquering each one much easier. Plan out exactly what you need to do and how you’re going to do it. This way you have something to look at and you know what to do.
Find a friend or family member who also have the same goal and use each other for motivation. If you can’t find anyone – find a page online which provided motivation. Let family and friends know what you are doing so they can support you and make sure you don’t stray.
Be determined – nothing is going to happen overnight and nothing will happen without being determined to see it through.
