
Healthy Fry Up
Ingredients:
- Turkey Bacon
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Mushrooms
- Fried Egg
- asparagus
- Sweet potato hash
Instructions:
Microwave cubes of sweet potato for 3-4 mins
Place cubes in a pan and fry along side the turkey bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms
Once everthing is nearly cooked add the asparagus on one side of the pan and eggs on the other
Serve all on one plate
