LIIT 1

This first LIIT workout is the perfect starting point for anyone who is unsure of the training required to help them lose weight without adding unwanted stress on the joints. This workout will break you in gently with modified moves but still get your heart rate pumping.

In this second workout Helen begins to progress the moves in order to advance and challenge your body. She will use a combination of different low impact moves but keeping the intensity up while you burn those extra calories.
