Kevin Foster-Wiltshire introduces 90-60-30, a high intensity interval training programme that will burn calories and leave you sweating and energised. It is broken down into 3 exercise sections; 90 seconds cardio, 60 seconds toning and 30 seconds strength. This is then repeated 3 times to make up 9 minutes - '1 block' of HIIT. You can then repeat with different exercises to focus on different muscle groups or you can focus on a muscle group to really work it out.
You can do the programme as a whole 40 minute workout or chose to break it down into 9 minute chunks to fit your diary.
