Workout Details

Phase 6 covers weeks 11 & 12. This is the last phase of your programme. The end results of this programme should be that you've started to build a good foundation. If you feel you're ready to move on to slightly more advanced Pilates workouts, give it a go. Alternatively revisit any of the workouts from this programme and refine your techniques before trying something a little more challenging.
