Workout Details

A Vinyasa flow sequence designed to increase flexibility for runners focusing on hip flexors, calves, quads and lower back. Practised regularly this sequence will help increase range of movement and body awareness. Deep yogic breathing can help increase lung capacity benefitting in a more efficient respiratory system.
